Review:
Of course this film has been a ton of hype, and the film can live up to all this .... Yada Yada Yada. Even given that this film is a little disappointing. This film proves that it was not just special FX, which made fun of Star Wars to watch. It seemed that George Lucas was so excited about what they could do with CGI effects, he forgot what made the original trilogy so great that the writing and the characters. That is not a bad movie, but the problem is many.-Many people will be forgiven for this film is powerless when they say this is only the first of another trilogy, and is easy to set up everything to follow. Wrong wrong wrong, this film is the need to have your film before the rest of the three movies were all about. It was to be good characters and a story somewhat interesting .... It's history didnt.-conflict revolves around the fate of the planet Naboo, and commercial disputes. There was no one really cares about that? The details of the dispute are somewhat vague, and shows that there is real interest in the cause enough to remove the particular side. Conflicts important Sideous Darth and his rise is far in the background. We do not even know why Darth Maul Jedi hate so much .... it just does. Lucas wanted to be able to Darth Maul and Boba Fett something (silent and mysterious). He worked with Boba Fett, because it was the only supporting character rather than the beginning bandit. This film is not really clear villain. I wish someone would have courage and just told Lucas that his main story was lousy.-one seems particularly happy in this film. Qui-Gon is really the only character that can be related, and although it is very remote. Queen behaves like a mannequin's a lot of his scenes (and looks like one). Obi-Wan Kenobi runs the whole movie without success, and never said anything interesting. The characters do not seem to talk about anything except the plot (unlike the first film). C3PO and R2-D2 were pretty useless. Jedi Council acts very cold buracratic. And I can never understand why they wrote Annakin as a child of elementary school in this film. It should be a teenager. His scenes of the Queen was embarrassed. Also we discuss the boat Jar.Various other things ...-midochlorians thing just seems built. Humor falls to the ground if you have a very small child. Annakin destroys ship at the end of the commercial, and basically all safves ERROR! George Lucas and ILM seem so happy with their new toys CGI to spend 95% of their time to improve them. Frankly, I thought the FX Return of the Jedi was the sharper, more three-dimensional and less comical. Nothing all that memorable, it seems to happen here. This film may not be as good as the hype, but it could be much better than that. I waited so much for this film, but the first time I saw this movie I'm really bored in the middle of it.There are good times. Pod race was fun, it was like a battle lightsaber at the end. There are some very good special effects throughout. Hopefully Lucas just had writers block when he wrote. Maybe you do not remember what to do in other movies too long Episode II. Although it appears to be a failed title.
