Review:
I hate it when comedies try to be true. For some reason, the writer feels that he knows the secret of people who will be fully in contact with the customers and say Finally someone gets it. Of course, it never works and always falls in the form of artificial and forced the actors. Fortunately, this did not happen so here Westfeldts Jennifer directorial debut (she also wrote). There are a few times when maybe a little creep, but most of them actually takes things in a refreshing, honest, and, of course, I was surprised assumption that.Of (thirty-two best friends decided not to wait and have a child together) right from the romantic comedy guide horsecrap, but there are some twists and turns along the way that I thought were surprisingly dark and the real thing with this cheap, stupid idea. There are a few scenes that the key to all this nonsense, and I was impressed with the way the script Westfeldts delved into it. On the other hand, the film is ultimately a pretty standard romantic comedy at the end of it all, so it's kind of a vaccine for themselves in end.Westfeldt assembled a good group of friends of the actor to play the role, but unfortunately she did not have the wisdom to put someone something other than himself in the lead role. Her co-host, Adam Scott and the supporting cast is fantastic, especially Jon Hamm, who steals the film as far as they are concerned, but the director himself is very cold and robotic actor. It was hard to feel anything for her or her dynamic with Scott, when I could not even buy it as a real person. Overall, though, this is a solid film of this type with slightly better writing and a great cast for most of the one God, and unfortunately a terrible end.
