Review:
I saw the movie yesterday in Oslo and I have to say I think it is exciting, fresh and different. Which is also one of those movies that you either love or hate, I do not think it is one that can not be ignored. German adds a nice touch, and the way it is used a lot to help with creating a secure environment for some scenes. The actors did a good job describing stereotypical humor that they need in order to work. Humor is friendly free of political correctness. And there are many good references throughout the film, so if you have been living in a cave (or months) for the last seventy years, I doubt you will find it as funny as I personally do. CGI is amazing when it's best. It's not all perfect, but all in all it was pretty convincing. Style can best be described as an emollient and natural colors that work very well for this film. Funny story if you let it stand alone and accept it for what it is. Let yourself be entertained. I'm sure if you have a mindset that is very important when you watch this movie, you'll probably find something to pick on. What possibly could be a little better and more consistent in $ 100M + movies, but I do not think we will see this expressive freedom in $ 100M + Film ... The soundtrack is also well thought through and add the necessary atmosphere throughout the film. No one song seems out of place and I think it is very impressive.I as many Iron Sky, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat. I believe that this film has the potential to be a cult movie years. And I think it will do well for themselves in movie theaters around the world.
